Beam Development are approved FAA and EASA Repair Stations
operating out of facilities with a full compliment of
state of the art systems. Our highly skilled and professional
team is capable of developing fan blade restoration
repairs or designing repair programs to significantly
reduce ownership costs. This unique capability, combined
with unequaled expertise, has enabled EB Airfoils to
be granted OEM source approvals and to be the only company
in the world to receive FAA DER approval for chord restoration
on a first stage Fan Blade.
Our close association
with fan blades dates back to 1966 when our CEO, James
S. Bickel, pioneered fan blade leading edge and tip
replacement which became the blueprint repair on many
engine models manufactured by various OEMs. Since our
